Acquisition and exit.
In April 2026, Stratosphere acquired Movimentum at a $4.5M valuation. The transaction combined cash and equity. Following the acquisition, Stratosphere reached a record month with multiple seven figures in revenue, working with clients such as Tether, Ondo Finance and Fomo.
